Soleil follows on from our video for ‘La Saison des Pluies’ by Ramo ft. Loïc Fleury and is set in a flooded Paris.

Ramo’s lyrics inspired the narrative of the video, helping us decide the journey and type of landscapes that would suit each part of the story. This was then mixed with a process of mirroring rhythms and musical patterns in the track with the motion, energy and colours of the animation.

The story is about getting too comfortable and taking tomorrow for granted and waking up to how far we’ve drifted off course.
