Our new video for Paul White’s track ‘The Doldrums.’ Taken from the album ‘Rapping with Paul White’ on One Handed Music.
They say the Victorian era’s Gentlemen’s Hummus Clubs were stuff of legends. Here we’ve routed through the history books to bring you the actual events of one terrible night in Nineteenth Century London Town.
Various Comments from the internet…
“Delving deep into the seedy Hummus Gentlemans Clubs, where they do not only turn a blind eye, but one is actually encouraged to eat Hummus from ladies’ flesh and pistol whip some poor undeserving giant hawk who happens to be flying around the club.” – earmilk.com
“The video see’s an exploration of the murky and dark underworld that is the addictive yet delicious Hummus Gentleman’s Club Scene.” – myelectricvisions.com
“seems to be a parody to piano and pan flute use in nowadays commercial? successfull tracks?!
” – hEcinen
“somebody please. what is the? meaning of this video hahahaha.” – Cyworldabcd
We took an old camcorder to the festival to film our exploits. This is what happened…
Plastic Horse have just returned from a Bunga Bunga party that would make Silvio Berlusconi blush. Hosted by The 2 Bears, we provided visual jockeying for the whole evening in the Far Out Tent. Featuring music from Pilooski, Horse Meat Disco and the 2 Bears themselves we projected haunting loops and cherished moments from our back catalogue alongside a host of brand new material for the night.
We will post up more from the night later in the week.

An E4 sting has recently been laboriously constructed by the team at Plastic Horse. We meticulously illustrated and animated a lovely E4 2p machine. Fingers crossed technical difficulties won’t prevent the upload of this to the competition, gremlins are already in the system. View it here or on vimeo.
We recently worked alongside Clapton’s BSix college to produce a music video for a talented bunch of their students – HD feat. Lemz. You can have a look at the finished video ‘Goodnight’ on youtube.
Starting this Monday at 22.30 on BBC3 is a new programme entitled World’s Craziest Fools presented by the A Team’s Mr T. We’ve got a 1 minute slot each week where we’ve animated a certain ‘top 5′. Hope you enjoy watching!
Fashion site Motilo have done a nice little article on our video for Debruit. Thanks!
Here’s our new one for Débruit and here’s what XLR8R had to say…
‘French-born, London-based abstract beat producer Xavier Thomas (a.k.a. dÉbruit) recently released ?i? Sürpriz, his sixth EP, on Civil Music. To compliment the release, animation house Plastic Horse created an official video for the track “Mezdé.” The song and video meld into a surreal audio-visual journey that plays out like a Spike Jonze dream sequence. In “Mezdé,” dÉbruit’s Turkish influence shines through in his production, as traditional middle-eastern instruments swell around the type of off-kilter rhythms that dÉbruit has become known for. Check out the video above and grab the release here.’
Plastic Horse have made the artwork for GLO’s new self-titled EP on Canteen Records. Check out one of the tracks ‘Last Year’ below. It will be available to buy from iTunes and Beatport in the next couple of weeks.
An updated showreel featuring new work for London Elektricity, Lukid, Kotki Dwa and PRDCTV as well as some of our old classics.
Music: Débruit – Turkish Ish [Civil Music]. Taken from the Sis Sürpriz EP & available to purchase from here.
Yesterday we did a day’s shooting at BSix College in Homerton, London. We’ve been asked to create a music video for HD ft. Lemz [a talented group of students from the college's music course] to help promote their song ‘Goodnight.’ The video has been storyboarded and planned with input from the students and teachers and should be finished early next month.
